Refined Cashew Nut Shell Liquid

Cashew nut shell liquid Refined (CNSL) is a dark reddish-brown oil extracted from between the hard outer shell and the soft inner shell of cashew nuts. After pressing and centrifuging the shells to remove residues, CNSL Refined is obtained.
This oil is mainly used as a fuel for furnaces in industries such as aluminum, steel, and Cramite brick manufacturing, either by mixing it with furnace oil (FO) or replacing FO entirely to reduce fuel costs. In developed countries, CNSL is primarily used in the oil paint industry, for anti-rust and anti-scratch coatings on ships and drilling rigs, and to produce friction powder for brake linings.
